Food Freedom

Kickstart your month by releasing the biggest blocks you have with food & eating. Learn a breakthrough way of doing weight loss & weight stability. with so much more ease, pleasure and fun. Do things differently. Use some of the some easy hacks and breakthrough tips to get you changing your relationship to food, and releasing weight or stabilise in the most loving ways.

Mindful Movement

This module is all about making exercise easy, fun and sustainable AND Creating a positive relationship with it. Learn how you can get fit ~& toned in the most effortless, painless ways. You will take away key practical tips that will get you feeling fit, light and energised in a matter of days, but most importantly tips that are sustainable and give you long lasting results.

Body Confidence

Ready to feel gorgeous in the body you have? i sure hope so. Module 3 is all about showing you tips, hacks, tricks and giving you some powerful coaching to help you begin feeling confident & gorgeous in the body you have now even if you want to get healthier or release some weight. & find out how focusing on self-love makes weight-loss, weight maintenance and health so much easier.

Priority You

This last in depth module is really about focusing on you, your needs, making yourself a priority and feeling good now, so that you can have the health, body and well-being that you desire. Release any guilt about putting yourself first, get feeling really good about you, your body & your health and begin to radiate this inner self-love glow. End the week filling up your cup, feeling rejuvenated, motivated & so much re-energised.
