I hated my body for years. I was constantly dieting, restricting what I ate and was a serial binger.I would spend hours choosing what to wear, never felt comfortable in tight clothes and would always hide my belly.I suffered with serious guilt after eating anything that was remotely indulgent. Sound familiar? On top of that I was at the peak of my career as a master trainer for an international fitness brand and the pressures to look a certain way were insane.
